Payment & Cancellations
Cancellation or changes to reservation made until 10 days before the course begins are exempt from penalty. Cancellation or changes made in between the 10 days prior to the beginn of the course could be penalized with a charge equivalent to one week's course fee and one week's accommodation fee (assuming accommodation has been reserved). For students that requiere a visa, the policy govern only if the visa has been denied. The student shall always establish that refusal to carry the conditions of cancellation or modification.
