Payment & Cancellations
Regardless of the cause, the conditions of booking conditions and cancellations shall be applicable in all cases in concept of compensation to EbooSystem and the school. Cancellations will be charged with the following percentages on the total amount of the bill: 5% until 21 days before the course starts, 10% in between 21 and 7 days prior to the course start and 15% in between the 7 days prior to arrival. In case of modification of booking: 3% until 21 days before the course starts, 7% in between 21 and 7 days prior to the course start and 12% in between the 7 days before arrival. EbooSystem does not accept cancellations once the course has start. Modifications of any service contracted once the course has beginn shall be negotiated directly with the director of the school. EbooSystem will act as intermediate in between the school and the student looking and defending the rights and interests of the student and being no responsible in any case.
